What it is.

The setup is documented twice. Route A wires Google Ads to Claude through Zapier with no code, and Route B runs a direct MCP server for anyone who wants control over the calls.

Then come a set of use cases with prompts you can paste: performance analysis, search term mining, ad copy review, budget pacing and anomaly detection, full account audits, ROAS and conversion path analysis, auction insights, shopping campaigns, script generation, and multi-account work.

TripleDart's own guide, and TripleDart runs paid media as a service. The prompts work against any Google Ads account you can authorize.

What you get.

  • Two documented setup routes, one no-code and one direct.
  • Use cases, each with a prompt written out in full.
  • An account audit prompt that looks for disapproved ads, missing sitelinks, and campaigns with no conversions in 30 days.
  • A search term mining prompt that pulls the report for the last 30 days.
  • A bid adjustment prompt with the thresholds left as fields you fill in.
HOW TO USE IT

How to set it up.

1

Pick Route A if you want this working today, since Zapier handles the auth and needs no server.

2

Authorize the Google Ads account you mean to query, and check it is the right customer ID.

3

Start with the weekly performance prompt over the last 7 days, so you can sanity-check the numbers against the interface.

4

Run the search term mining prompt over the last 30 days and read what it proposes as negatives before applying any.

5

Use the audit prompt to find keywords with a Quality Score below 5 and at least $50 in spend over the last 90 days.

6

Keep bid changes manual at first, because a prompt that adjusts bids is a prompt that can adjust them wrongly.

Use cases

Ask your ads data a question

Set up either route and query the account in plain language.

Skip the code path

Use the no-code setup when nobody has time to run a server.

Reuse the published prompts

Paste the written-out prompts instead of inventing your own.

Best for

Analysis you repeat weekly

The same five questions every Monday, asked in plain language against live data.

Auditing an inherited account

The audit prompt covers the checks a new owner runs in their first week.

Agencies with many accounts

One prompt set applied per account, with the multi-account use case written for exactly that.

Questions about Paid Media

What's an assistant good for in a paid account?
Is a chat interface better than the Ads UI?
Strengths
  • Both setup routes are documented, so a marketer and an engineer can each pick one.
  • The prompts carry named thresholds, like a Quality Score below 5 with at least $50 in spend.
  • It covers the boring account hygiene checks as well as the analysis, which is where the wasted spend hides.
Limitations
  • TripleDart's own guide, and TripleDart sells paid media management.
  • A connection that can change bids can change them badly, so keep write access off until you trust the prompts.
  • Route B needs a developer token and a running MCP server, which is not an afternoon of work.
  • Claude reads what the API returns, so any attribution quirk in the account carries straight through.
Skip this if
  • Skip it if you already query your ads data conversationally through another connector.
Ideal for
  • Paid search managers
  • Agency PPC leads
  • Stage: Any stage
