What it is.
Every 24 hours it searches Reddit across all subreddits for your configured brand keywords and takes up to 50 of the newest mentions. Each one goes to a model that scores sentiment, assigns an engagement score out of 100, judges relevance, and drafts a contextual reply.
Only posts that are relevant, score above 60 on engagement quality, and warrant something other than a pass make it through to a human.
Reddit matters more than it did, because AI assistants cite it heavily when they answer buying questions.
What you get.
- A daily Reddit sweep for your brand keywords across all subreddits, up to 50 mentions.
- Sentiment, an engagement score out of 100, and a relevance judgment per mention.
- A drafted reply plus a response type: educational, supportive, or promotional.
- A multi-criteria filter that only passes mentions scoring above 60.
- A Google Sheets log and a Slack alert for what got through.
How to set it up.
Set your brand keywords carefully, since a generic product name will pull in every unrelated thread.
Run it in read-only mode for a week and read what it surfaces before enabling any drafting.
Check the engagement threshold, because 60 is the author's line and yours may be higher.
Read every drafted reply before it goes anywhere, as Reddit punishes anything that reads like marketing.
Keep the promotional response type switched off until you have earned standing in those subreddits.
Log everything to Sheets, so you can see which subreddits are worth a human showing up in.
Use cases
Only see mentions worth answering
Filter on the score so the daily digest stays short.
Sweep every subreddit
Search your brand terms across Reddit instead of the two subs you know.
Draft a reply
Take the suggested response as a starting point and edit before posting.
Best for
Categories argued about on Reddit
Software buying conversations happen there, and AI assistants read them when they answer.
Small teams with no listening tool
A daily digest of relevant threads is most of what a social listening subscription provides.
Finding where to show up
A month of logged mentions tells you which two subreddits matter.
