What it is.

You attach a CSV of prospects with LinkedIn URLs. Claude looks for one recent fact about each company on its own site or in the news, and keeps the link. With no fact found, that person gets a plain invitation.

‌

From that fact it drafts the connection note and the three messages that follow it. A script checks every draft against LinkedIn's note limit and rejects placeholders and openers like "Just following up".

‌

Each workday the script builds the day's list: invitations up to your caps, messages that are due, stale invitations to withdraw and threads to close. You send them on LinkedIn, and a reply stops that person's follow-ups.

What you get.

  • A SKILL.md that runs the campaign in order, from setup to the weekly report.
  • outreach.py, one Python script with no dependencies that imports, checks, schedules and logs.
  • Writing rules for the note and each message, with the openers the check rejects.
  • LinkedIn's own rules on automation and invitations, linked, with the setting each one controls.
  • A sample campaign partway through, so you can see a day's list before you add your own prospects.
HOW TO USE IT

How to set it up.

1

Add the zip in Claude's Skills settings. For Claude Code, unzip it into ~/.claude/skills/.

2

Ask Claude to set up a campaign and say whether you're on Basic or Premium. That sets the note limit at 200 or 300 characters.

3

Set daily_invites and weekly_invites in config.json. Start low, since LinkedIn restricts accounts that send many invitations in a short time.

4

Attach your prospect CSV. The import drops duplicates and anyone listed in do_not_contact.csv.

5

Read three A-priority drafts before the first send. Rewrite any sentence that would work for a different company.

6

Each workday, ask Claude for today's LinkedIn list. Send what's on it, then say which ones you skipped.

7

Tell Claude who accepted and who replied as it happens. A reply ends that person's follow-ups the same day.

Use cases

Work through an event list

Attach the attendee export with LinkedIn URLs. Each person gets a note tied to their company, and the invitations go out over several days under your cap.

Reach companies that are hiring

Give it accounts with an open role you sell to. The careers page becomes the signal, so the note names the opening.

Run outreach on a Basic account

Notes go to your highest-priority prospects until the month's allowance runs out. Everyone after that gets a plain invitation.

Check whether the notes help

The report compares acceptance with a note against acceptance without one, and splits it by priority.

Best for

Founders doing their own outbound

It keeps the list and the follow-up dates, so there's no spreadsheet to maintain and no sales engagement tool to buy.

Reps whose company bans LinkedIn automation tools

Nothing runs on LinkedIn, so there's no extension or bot connected to your account.

Teams that already work in Claude

It runs from a Claude chat, with no server to host and no new login.

Strengths
  • A Python script decides who is due and how far under the caps each day stays, so the same tracker gives the same list on every run.
  • Every signal needs a source URL off LinkedIn, so a note never rests on a guess.
  • The check enforces LinkedIn's 200 and 300 character note limits before a draft can reach the list.
  • Invitations left pending two weeks come up for withdrawal, since LinkedIn counts ignored and pending invitations against an account.
Limitations
  • It's ours. TripleDart runs the Exchange and wrote this skill.
  • Sending stays manual: you paste every note and message into LinkedIn yourself.
  • It can't see LinkedIn, so it only knows who accepted or replied when you tell Claude.
  • Research covers the company and leaves out the person's LinkedIn profile, so notes reference the business.
Skip this if
  • Skip it if your team already runs LinkedIn steps as tasks in HubSpot sequences with Sales Navigator.
  • Skip it if you want a tool that sends invitations for you. Every send here is yours.
