What it is.

The template reads company names from a Google Sheet, calls Apollo's organization search and enrichment, then people search and bulk enrichment to find the titles you asked for. Results land in a Contacts tab, and a separate Contacts (Verified) tab holds only what a human approved.

Apollo's match rate on titles and addresses varies by company size and region, so a template that writes straight into your sequencer inherits every bad match. Nothing reaches your sequencer until a rep approves it. Slack gets a weekly summary of what passed.

What you get.

  • A three-tab Google Sheet: companies in, contacts out, verified contacts as the approved set.
  • Apollo organization search, organization enrichment, people search, and bulk people enrichment wired in order.
  • A conditional branch that skips companies with no Apollo match.
  • A Slack node that posts a weekly summary of verified leads.
HOW TO USE IT

How to set it up.

1

Copy the linked Google Sheet so the Companies, Contacts, and Contacts (Verified) tabs keep their exact column names.

2

Add credentials for Google Sheets, Apollo, Slack, and whichever model you use for title matching.

3

Point every Sheets node at your copy; the template arrives with the author's sheet IDs and will write nowhere useful until you change them.

4

Set the job titles and seniority you want in the Apollo people-search node, since the default is broader than most ICPs.

5

Choose your Slack channel in the notification node and confirm the schedule matches how often you want the summary.

6

Add one company row and watch it move through all three tabs before you paste in a full list.

Use cases

Build a verified contact set

Feed the company tab and work from the approved tab once a person has checked it.

Keep a human in the loop

Review the enriched contacts before anything reaches a sending tool.

Refresh a stale list

Re-run the search on accounts you last touched a quarter ago.

Best for

Filling in an account list

You have the target companies from a CRM export or an event attendee list, and no names against them.

Keeping a human in the loop

The verified tab means a rep signs off on every contact before it reaches a sequence.

Strengths
  • The verification tab is part of the template, so approval isn't something you bolt on later.
  • Four Apollo endpoints are wired in order: organization search, organization enrichment, people search, bulk enrichment.
  • The Slack summary gives a weekly count without anyone opening the sheet.
Limitations
  • Apollo credits burn per enrichment, and the bulk people step can clear a monthly allowance on one large company list.
  • The template writes to the author's sheet IDs out of the box, so change every Google Sheets node before the first run.
  • Title matching depends on the AI node's prompt, so a vague seniority instruction returns coordinators alongside VPs.
Skip this if
  • Skip it if you already have an enrichment contract covering people and company search.
Ideal for
  • Outbound leads
  • Founders doing sales
  • Stage: Any stage
